EgorFlow recruits caregivers for licensed home care agencies in Florida. EgorFlow is run by Egor Nichiforov. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: egor@egorflow.com or (561) 556-0536.

If you are a caregiver who applies

What we collect. What you give us in the application form or on the phone: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), town, the shifts you can work, whether you can do live-in, the languages you speak, whether you have a car, the licence or certificate you tell us you hold (for example HHA or CNA), and your work experience. We also keep our own notes from the screening call.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, health information or immigration status. We do not run background checks or credit checks, and we do not call your references. The agency that hires you does its own checks.

Why we use it. To call you back, screen you for caregiver jobs, and match you with home care agencies that are hiring.

Who we share it with. We share your profile only with a home care agency that is hiring, and only after you say yes to that agency. We share it with one agency at a time. We never sell your information, and we never share it with families or patients.

We never charge caregivers. Applying, screening and introductions are always free for you.

How long we keep it. While you are looking for work through us, and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices. You can ask us to show you your information, correct it, or delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Email egor@egorflow.com or call (561) 556-0536. We reply within 5 business days.

Calls and texts. We do not record calls. We only send text messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can reply STOP at any time.

If you are a home care agency

We keep the business contact details you give us (or that are public on your website) to talk with you about caregiver recruiting and, if you agree, to send our weekly Bench Bulletin email. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days. We never ask for information about your clients or patients. Please do not send us client names or health details.

Forms on this website

When you send a form on egorflow.com, your answers are delivered to our email inbox through a form-delivery service (FormSubmit). We use them only to respond to you as described above.

Facebook and Instagram ads

Our job ads run on Facebook and Instagram. When you apply through a Meta form, Meta sends us the answers you submit. Meta's own use of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

How we protect it

We keep applicant information in access-controlled accounts used only by EgorFlow and the people who screen for us. If we ever learn of a data breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
