How do I know your caregivers are any good?
You see a Profile Card first, you interview them yourself, and you decide. You pay only if they work, and if they leave within 90 days we replace them free.
What if a caregiver doesn't show up?
We confirm every interview the day before and the morning of. If someone still doesn't show for the interview or the first shift, you get a replacement candidate within 24 hours, free.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No setup fee. The trial is free for 30 days and the monthly plan only starts if one of our caregivers has worked a shift. After that it's month to month: cancel by email before the next charge. Pay When They Work has no monthly fee at all. A short agreement keeps the terms clear.
Do you work with assisted living and memory care?
Yes. Same caregivers, same screening, same terms. We introduce caregivers, resident assistants and CNAs for your own W-2 hiring.
You're not in Florida. Does that matter?
The caregivers are local to Collier and Lee; only the screening is remote. I work on Florida hours, and you get me directly, not a call center.
Do you employ or place caregivers?
No. We recruit and introduce. Your agency interviews, hires and employs. We never charge caregivers, and we never work with families or patients.
